European Union retail sales unchanged in February

The second largest gain for the month was in Denmark and Malta, where sales rose 1.5 percent.The largest declines were in Estonia, with retail off 2.6 percent, and France with sales off 2.2 percent.Retail sales in the EU fell 0.2 percent from February a year ago, the agency said.
